Performance	The product has excellent high and low temperature resistance, and hydrophobility  moisture proof ,It also has the properties of favorable electrical insulating  as well as ac corona resistance, excellent weather resistance. Chemical stability resistance and corrosion resistance are also excellent.
usage	The product can be expansively used as high temperature(200-400℃) resistance ,anti-corrosive, electricity isolation and weather resistance coating. It can be bicomponent completely cured at the normal temperature .	The product can be used as high temperature resistance and anti-corrosive paint (500-600℃) and H grade insulating coating.
comparison	It is better than SH-023-7 on anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance is lower.	It is better than SH-023-4 on high temperature resistance.

Packaging, Storage & Delivery

Packed in 200kg iron drum, keep in cool and dry place, the storage period is half year. keep Away from direct sunlight, acid and alkali. It should be transported as dangerous goods.

Application instruction

⑴ bicomponent curing at normal temperature, used with 650 polyamide or T-31,the adding quantity of 650 is about 10-15% of the total amount of the resin.T-31 is 5-7% of the total amount of the resin.
⑵ On High temperature oven curing ,after one and half hours the curing will be finished when the temperature reaches 180-200℃,
⑶ The diluting solvent of this product shall not has water ,acid, alkali, amine compound, sulfocompound, pyridine and impurities in it, Otherwise there is a bad effect on the resin paint sealant adhesion strength. dryness and other functions.
⑷ The product has methylbenzene and other Flammable and explosive solvents volatilization. pay more attention on strengthening the air ventilation, fire-proof on the working site, cut the fire source strictly. The operator should pay more attention on the labor protection.
⑸ The equipment and instruments used by the product must be kept clean. prevent strictly from dust, foreign matters mixing in it and with water.
