I. Main Ingredients

The resin is synthesized by reaction of phenyl, methyl chlorosilane monomer etc. and adjusted by with toluene or xylene.

This product is a normal temperature self drying silicone resins, with the characteristitcs of high and low temperature resistance, water-hating , moisture proof ,good electrical insulation and other properties, can be self-dried under normal temperature, high hardness, impact resistance, excellent heat resistance.This product has the advantages of energy saving and convenient construction due to its self-drying at normal temperature contrary to low-temperature baking.

IV, Application

It is suitable for coating on large equipment and workpieces that cannot be baked, impregnating H-level coils and motors, protecting metal surfaces under high-temperature environment and anti-oxidation and anti-rust treatment.

V,Matters for Attention

1, the resin should avoid of contacting with acid, alkali, organic salts and amines and other compounds , otherwise it will be accelerated curing, gelation, thus affecting the performance of the product.

2, the thinner must not contain water, sulfide and other impurities, otherwise it will affect the film adhesion, dry and other properties.

3,During the resin processing, it will volatilize a large a lot of organic solvents and other flammable and explosive gases, should pay attention to strengthen the ventilation at operation site, pay attention to fire prevention, cut off the source of fire, operators should pay attention to labor protection.

VI, Packaging and Storage

1. Dry and clean 200KG iron drum package, sealed with a lid. Stored in ventilated, dry place, keep away from heat, storage temperature in the 0 to 30 ℃, prevent sun direct illuminate.

2. This product is safe for transportation of inflammable goods. The storage period is half a year.
